Crater of Diamonds State Park Description
In south-western Arkansas, a short drive from Murfreesboro, is the Crater of Diamonds State Park, the only source of natural diamonds in the United States that is open to the public.

Since 1906, more than 70,000 diamonds have been uncovered including the Wagner Diamond. The site became an Arkansas state park in 1972. Crater of Diamonds State Park also features a museum and water playground.
