Craters of the Moon National Monument
South of Arco in south-eastern Idaho is a lunar landscape created by volcanic eruptions between 15,000 and 2,000 years ago. This region of lava flows can be explored on signposted circular routes.
Sawtooth National Recreation Area
The Sawtooth National Recreation Area is part of the Sawtooth National Forest located in central Idaho. It features three mountain ranges, forests and more than 300 lakes. Nature trails include Fishhook Creek Nature Trail and Wood River Adventure Trail.
Ketchum
