Vicksburg National Military Park

Vicksburg National Military Park is a memorial to the battle at Vicksburg. It was one of the most decisive battles of the Civil War. Over 1,300 monuments and markers, reconstructed trenches and the Vicksburg cemetery are found within these boundaries.
