Sharjah Attractions

The distinctive Central Market, locally known as the Blue Souq, is a popular landmark of the city. The largest bazaar in Sharjah, the Market offers antique, contemporary and luxury goods.

The Arts Museum in Sharjah, established in 1997, displays local works of art. Spread over three floors, the Museum features works in Oil paint, watercolors and lithographs.

Sharjah's Natural History Museum and Desert Park provides information about life forms found in the Arabian Desert. The Museum also features an animal farm and Breeding Center.

The Souqs of Sharjah are one of the city's top tourist attractions. The markets are full of shops selling everything from fruits, vegetables, and fish, to live animals and birds.
