Hotel Riu Ocho Rios is an all-inclusive resort that offers a ton of activities for the whole family. Note: If adults are looking to escape the boisterous family atmosphere, there is a Deluxe Wing of the resort that caters exclusively to adults.

Rooms swing more traditional in design, with colonial-inspired decor. Still, the rooms are bright with natural light. Ocean View Suites in the Deluxe Wing are spacious, with balconies, and some even have outdoor whirlpool tubs.

Outside the rooms there is something for just about everyone. The expansive beach is packed with plastic lounge chairs, so there will always be a spot to sit. Beyond the beach are five swimming pools, as well as a children's pool complete with slides.

A gym, sauna, and two relaxation pools are included in the rate, as well. A Renova Spa offers a beauty salon, hair dressing, and massages for an additional fee.

The romance is heightened by the seclusion of the resort, which is veined by narrow, tree-shaded paths; staircases to hidden corners; and picturesque gazebos that provide for perfect stolen moments. There is even a waterfall on property, which is popular for the mandatory couple's selfie.

One of the top room categories is the One Bedroom Beachfront Suite, which has its own living area and master bedroom and is adjacent to the main pool.

Three restaurants, four pools, two beaches, and a spa round out the offerings.

White glove service may not be what comes to mind when you think of Sandals, but surely white glove service is what you get at what is often thought to be the best all-inclusive resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Sandals Royal Plantation is an elegant, secluded adults-only resort that drips sophistication, style, and service. Yes, butler service is included.

The intimate resort has only 74 rooms, which is incredibly boutique for a mega all-inclusive chain. It sits on its own stretch of quiet beach, with spacious suites decked out in traditional, colonial-style. Think checkered marble floors, elegant wooden furniture, and bold jewel-toned accents. All rooms have similar layouts, with either a patio or balcony. But the room to beat is the Governor General Oceanfront One Bedroom, which has additional balconies and views with bragging rights.

Unlike other all-inclusive resorts in the area, Sandals Royal Plantation really is all-inclusive, meaning round-trip airport shuttle service is included, as well as unlimited scuba diving, all land sports and water sports, daytime activities, and nightly entertainment.

No buffets can be found at this resort, meaning all restaurants serve a la carte meals, which are included as part of the all-inclusive rate. A Red Lane Spa has a menu of body scrubs, facials, and massages, as well as hydrotherapy facilities.

Speaking of Sandals, this once-Sandals property has been fully converted into the Jewel Dunn's River Beach Resort & Spa. The Ocho Rios all-inclusive resort is adults-only and fully welcoming of LGBTQ+ couples.

The main building offers a regal arrival, with two grand staircases and a plethora of carved wood accents. Green marble and frescoes certainly add an elevated touch. The grounds are lush with green spaces and include two ocean-facing pools, 12 food and beverage outlets, and a full spa.

The sprawling resort has 250 rooms, all in the traditional colonial style, and all with outdoor spaces and flat-screen televisions. The rooms are spread across three different buildings, each named after a particular jewel. As to be expected, the rooms in the Diamond Building are the best, all with ocean views and special concierge services.

Jewel Dunn's River has six restaurants on property, including Italian, pizza, teppanyaki, and even a luxe-style Platinum, which is only available for dinner.

True to its name, the Jewel Dunn's River Beach Resort & Spa is next to one of the top attractions in Ocho Rios: Dunn's River Falls, and the concierge can help to arrange excursions.

Guests score the best of both worlds when they stay at Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios. On the one hand, there's the buzz and activity of 16 restaurants and a brand-new beach club. And then on the other are a sprawling 100 acres of jungle-meets-beach scenery on which to steal away for a quiet moment.

Sandals Ochi is an all-inclusive resort, with more than 500 rooms, that mostly caters to adults, predominantly couples. A Riviera Seaside Village and Ochi Beach Club are directly on the water, while the villas and Great House are tucked in the gardens. The beach is not as impressive as other beaches in Jamaica, but the plus side is the beach at this resort is completely private, meaning there will be a complete lack of vendors, which can be a plus. Still, the sprawling nature of the resort lends itself to so many activities, including scuba diving, snorkeling, waterskiing, and more. Seven pools are open to all the guests, including a main pool that dances with splashing fountains.

The Red Lane Spa has more than 30 treatment rooms, as well as a steam room, sauna, and plunge pools. Golf is also included for all guests at the 18-hole golf course.

While other all-inclusive resorts tend to be sprawling mini-cities, especially in Ocho Rios, Jamaica Inn stands out as one of the more intimate, with 48 rooms. The vibe here is bright and breezy, with a white and blue color palette, accented with pops of stylish art and furniture.

It's all about disconnecting at this high-end all-inclusive. The rooms are missing TVs, which allows for time reconnecting with nature, family, and a good book. The suites and cottages are both a little bit classic and a little bit modern, with tropical accents, marble, and granite.

The secluded beach is powdered perfection, but the resort also has a pristine pool. Guests can use the kayaks or stand up paddleboards, too.

An a la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served at Terrace restaurant, with a menu that mixes Caribbean dishes with Western fare. A small fitness center and gorgeous spa is available, as well. Opt for an open-air treatment overlooking the sea.
