COTE New York is the first American Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse; its sister location in Vegas opened in 2025. It's a bold new addition to The Venetian Resort that reimagines upscale meat menus with a high-energy, late-night twist. This 17,000-square-foot, David Rockwell-designed space feels part steakhouse, part dance club. Inside, a tiered dining room is centered around an immersive, neon-lit bar and DJ booth. The atmosphere is lively and stays open until midnight Thursday through Saturday.
Although it has an intentionally clubby vibe that fits with the Vegas milieu, the owners of COTE made sure not to compromise on the food and hospitality, which brings together Korean barbecue with a touch of classic American chophouse. The signature Butcher's Feast is a curated progression of premium cuts grilled tableside and paired with Korean-inspired sides. Cuts include rare A5 wagyu sourced from the Kagoshima and Miyazaki prefectures in Japan, and USDA Prime steaks dry-aged in-house for up to 45 days.
