Ixtapa
Just under 10km/6mi before the modern resort of Ixtapa lies the Playa Hermosa.
It is followed by the attractive beaches of Don Juan, San Juan de Dios, Rodrigo, Las Cuatas, Quieta and Linda.

In Ixtapa there is also a pretty tropical lagoon surrounded by lush vegetation. A large marina is in course of construction.
