The Capilla de los Remedios or Virgen del Patrocinio Señora de los Zacatecos, which was built at the end of the 18th c., is situated on top of the mountain. There is a beautiful view of the city from here and it is also the starting-point of the cable-car which goes up to the Cerro El Grillo 650m/.5mi away.
