Yakima Electric Railway Museum Description
The Yakima Electric Railway Museum describes the history of the Yakima Valley Transportation Co. and features antique streetcars and related equipment. The museum is the carbarn for the Yakima Valley Trolleys, which is still in operation. Yakima Valley Trolleys constructed the railroad and substation in the early 1900s and is today listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
