Winnipeg - Main Street

Main Street is the heart of Winnipeg, a principal thoroughfare giving access to all parts of the city, and for over a century the throbbing artery of its business and commerce. At one time the houses were concentrated together and everything could be bought here. Today the street is a kaleidoscope of Winnipeg's past, present and future.
Winnipeg is famous for it's corner of Portage and Main Street, often called "the most windy corner in Canada".
