Wilmington - Riverfront Wilmington

The Daniel S. Frawley Stadium is home to the Wilmington Blue Rocks, an affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. The stadium hosts hundreds of events each year.

The Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts is housed in a restored 20th C passenger railroad factory. There are seven galleries featuring national and regional artists, studios and an auditorium. The DuPont II Gallery takes a close look at modern furniture design.

The Delaware Sports Museum and Hall of Fame is located at Frawley Stadium. The Hall of Fame was founded 1976 and the Museum opened 2002. Large exhibits of major sports like basketball, baseball, football, horse and auto racing plus special sections on Delawareans in National Halls of Fame and the Special Olympics. In this part of the museum many dozen First State athletes who made it to the top of professional sports in Major League Baseball, the NFL, NBA and WNBA are presented plus computer touch screens with the careers and achievements of 293 inductees.

The Delaware Theatre Company is an intimate theater that seats 389 patrons. Professionals from around the country visit to perform here.
