Shafer Museum
The Shafer Museum is a complex of historical buildings dating to the late 1800s and early 1900s, built by an entrepreneurial young man named Guy Waring. He erected almost all of the buildings that now comprise the Shafer Museum. The main building, known as The Castle, was built by Waring for his wife. The museum is an interesting place to explore and learn about the history.
