Porth Neigwl Attractions

Porth Neigwl, or "Hell's Mouth", is a sandy bay 4mi/6km long, near which is the village of Llanengan with its interesting 15th century church. Abersoch, with St Tudwal's Islands lying offshore, has two large sandy beaches and is much favored by water-sports enthusiasts. Llanbedrog, in sheltered Tremadog Bay, and Pwllheli both have excellent beaches and in summer are frequently crowded with visitors.
