Quantico Attractions

Quantico is a place synonymous with the United States Military and more specifically the Marine Corps. The town of Quantico itself is a small place and has a population of only 561 according to the 2000 census. The base contains training facilities for other government agencies including the FBI and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) among others. Visitors who have been to Arlington National Cemetery will recognize the replica USMC War Memorial located at the gates to the base.
