Leesburg Animal Park (formerly Reston Animal Park)
Leesburg Animal Park is a great place for children. There are plenty of areas for children to interact with the animals, including a "contact area" where kids can touch or feed animals. Pony rides, along with other fun and educational activities are also available at the Animal Park.

The palatial mansion at Oatlands in Leesburg is a listed National Trust Historic Site and a National Historic Landmark. Oatlands is an immaculately maintained property and the home has been restored to its former 19th Century glory. It has an active event calendar ranging from tea parties to all breed dog shows.
