(Local Name: Musée du fer et du chemin de fer) The Museum of Iron explains the development of the iron industry through demonstrations by blacksmiths using actual forges driven by the hydraulic power of four waterwheels.

The Museum of the Railroad recalls the history of Vallorbe as an important stop on the Simplon-Orient-Express rail journey with exhibits covering the first steam engines to the high-speed train, the TGV.
