Heber City, Utah
The fast-growing town of Heber City (pop. 9,100) is the seat of Wasatch County and was established in the 1840s. The town is located at an elevation of 5,612ft/1,711m in a beautiful setting.
Midway (pop. 2,100) is the second-largest town in Wasatch County. Many of the townspeople are of Swiss descent, a fact which is recognized in the annual Swiss Days festival and in local architecture.
Deer Creek State Park
Deer Creek State Park is a reservoir in the southwest corner of the Heber Valley. The park is known for its year-round fishing. The reservoir covers 3,260 acres at an elevation of 5,400ft/1,646m.

Wasatch Mountain State Park is the most developed state park in Utah. It is located in the Heber Valley at an elevation of 6,000ft/1,829m and boasts more than 21,592 acres of land which is ideal for both summer and winter sports and activities.
