Garden City (pop. 390) is a small town in Rich County on the shores of Bear lake near the Idaho border. It was once located on the Oregon Trail, indicated by a historic marker in town.

The Mormon Tabernacle in Randolph is the only building in Rich County to be listed on the National Historic Register.

The small town of Woodruff (pop. 200) is located in Rich County in northeastern Utah. The town is named for the former president of the Mormon Church.
