Piute County

Circleville (pop. 500) is a small town in southern Piute County, Utah.

The Parker Family Ranch was the boyhood home of Butch Cassidy. It is located on Highway 89 south of Circleville.

Junction (pop. 177) is the seat of Piute County. The town is located on Highway 89 in central Utah.

The Piute County Courthouse in Junction is an adobe building that was built in 1903 and is on the National Historic Register.

Piute State Park is located on the Piute Reservoir, a 3,360-acre mountain lake 12mi/19km south of Marysvale.

The small town of Kingston (pop. 140) is located on Highway 62 just east of Junction in Piute County. To the east is the Otter Creek State Park.

The small town of Marysvale (pop. 380) was once a busy mining town in Piute County in south-central Utah. Nearby are the ghost towns of Alunite and Bullion.
