Mount Pleasant Attractions
Mount Pleasant (pop. 2,700) is the third-largest town in Sanpete County in central Utah. The town was settled in large part by Mormon converts from Scandinavia and Britain. The Main Street district of Mount Pleasant is listed on the National Historic Register.
Mount Pleasant Pioneer Museum
The Mount Pleasant Pioneer Museum is housed in a preserved pioneer home. It features artifacts from the time of the settlement of the area.

The Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant was founded in 1875. It is Utah's oldest operating secondary school.
