Camp Floyd / Stagecoach Inn State Park Description
Camp Floyd and the Stagecoach Inn State Park combine two historic sites. A cemetery and commissary building are all that remain of Camp Floyd which was an old military post that once consisted of 400 buildings. From 1858 to 1861 there were 3,500 troops stationed at Camp Floyd to suppress a Mormon rebellion that never happened.

The restored two-story Stagecoach Inn is located close by. It was a stop on the Pony Express route.
