Isabella Greenway had a furniture factory known as The Arizona Hut, which ran into financial trouble in 1929 so she arranged for the workers to be part of the construction of the Inn. Today the Arizona Inn along with much of the furniture has been restored and is protected as per Isabella's original mission.
