Selinunte - Temple B

On the far side of the east-west road lie the remains of Temple B. It was prostylos in form. i.e. it had no peripteral columns, only those in front of the entrance. It was constructed c. 280 B.C., 30 years before the decline of Selinunte - a modest end to the town's great architectural past.
