Lyndon Center - Shores Memorial Museum, Vermont

The Shores Memorial Museum in Lyndon Center is located in an 1896 home which belonged to Mr. and Mrs. Shores. The museum is set up to resemble a working-mans' home of the late 1800s.

St Johnsbury Athenaeum Art Gallery
The St Johnsbury Athenaeum was built in 1871 and the Art Gallery added on in 1873. This is the oldest art gallery in the United States which is still in its original form. The collection features American and European artists from the late eighteenth to the mid nineteenth century.
