The mid sized city of Sheboygan has several attractions of interest to the visitor including the John Michael Kohler Arts Center, The Historical Society Museum, and for those wishing a bit more activity, the Breaker Bay Waterslides. Sheboygan is well known for the many golf courses that are located nearby.
Looking for a slip sliding good time? Well, the Breaker Bay Indoor Waterslide is the right spot. The water park has a variety of waterslides from fast to slow. Also on site are water spray guns and fountains. One highlight is a ship that tips close to 1000 gallons of water onto visitors.

The Wesley Jung Carriage Museum showcases travel from a bygone era. On display are over 100 carriages used for a variety of purposes. Of note are three wagons: A Velvet Tobacco Wagon, an umbrella topped phaeton, and a Silsby steam powered pumper. The museum opened in 1968 and has been growing ever since to become one of the USA's largest collections of wagons.

The John Michael Kohler Arts Center is the lifeblood of cultural activities in Sheboygan. Featuring a diverse collection and a rotating roster of traveling exhibits, the center is always an interesting place to be. The arts center also runs educational programs and there is a café on site.

The Sheboygan County Historical Society Museum is housed in a stout brick mansion and features several interesting displays on the local area and local area industries. Of note is the display on Judge David Taylor's life and career, along with the Bodenstab Cheese Factory. The Sheboygan County Historical Society Museum also has a gift shop on the premises so visitors can take home a memory of their visit.
