Ambridge - Old Economy Village, Pennsylvania
Spanning 6.5 acres, the Old Economy Village was home to the Harmony Society, a Christian communal group. Established in 1824, the village contains authentic, restored buildings such as the mechanics building, a store and the Leader's Home.

Sri Venkateswara Temple is one of the earliest Hindu temples to be built in the United States. It is modeled after the famed Venkateswara temple in Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh, India) and it's 7th century architecture.

Pitsburgh - George Westinghouse Museum
The George Westinghouse Museum focuses on his accomplishments and many inventions. Exhibits include early Westinghouse appliances, inventions such as air brakes for trains, historic patent papers and some Westinghouse family items.

Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania
Near Slippery Rock is the Old Stone House, built in 1822. The restored tavern and stagecoach stop is furnished in period.
Slippery Rock - Jennings Environmental Education Center
Jennings Environmental Education Center features a relict prairie, which includes the spectacular and well-known prairie flower, the blazing star. Remnants of a 6,000-year old ecological system are also there and protected.

Springdale - Rachel Carson Homestead, Pennsylvania
Rachel Carson was an ecologist whose fourth book, written in 1962, titled "Silent Spring", launched the modern environmental movement. The Homestead is her birthplace and childhood home where visitors can experience the surroundings that made Rachel a defender of the natural world.
