Ballston Spa - National Bottle Museum
The National Bottle Museum is housed in a brick commercial building in the historic business district of Ballston Spa. Early bottle making methods, a miniature model of an 1800's glass furnace and hand made bottles are highlights of the museum. One entire wall of the museum's first floor is covered with approximately 2000 bottles of many colors, shapes and forms.

Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor
The Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor has four navigable waterways: Erie, Champlain, Oswego and Cayuga-Seneca; which are sections of the first Erie Canal. The Corridor covers 524 miles in Upstate New York. Popular water activities include rowing, canoeing, fishing, kayaking, and motorboating.

Fort Edward, New York
Fort Edward was fortified during the French, Indian and Revolutionary Wars due to its location on the portage trail between Lake Champlain and the Hudson River.
Fort Edward - Old Fort House Museum
Old Fort House Museum is the site of six historic buildings that include "The Old Fort House" a 1772 tavern and county courthouse. The five additional buildings include a one-room schoolhouse, an 1853 Law Office and an 1840 Tollhouse. It was the Revolutionary headquarters for British General Burgoyne.

Gloversville - Fulton County Museum, New York

Crailo State Historic Site is a museum of the Dutch in the upper Hudson Valley. Crailo was originally built in the early 18th century and in the late 18th century, Crailo was remodeled in the Federal style. It served as a boys' boarding school in the 1840's and later as a church rectory.

Salem - Batten Kill Rambler Scenic Train, New York

Schuylerville, New York
Originally a Native American camping ground, it was settled by French refugees in 1688. It was named Saratoga and then changed to Schuylerville in 1831. It was renamed in honor of Revolutionary War General Philip Schuyler.

Located in the 1830 Hugh White Homestead, this Greek Revival mansion was scheduled for demolition until a group of citizens rallied to save the house. Permanent and temporary exhibits of local history are on display, including two Victorian period rooms.

Whitehall, New York
The town of Whitehall was settled by Captain Philip Skene and 30 other British families. Originally named Skenesborough, in his honor, the town changed its name after the Revolutionary War.

The Skenesborough Museum tells the story of the origin of Whitehall back to 1759. Over four thousand items are on display with the main exhibit featuring a 16 ft diorama of the 1776 shipyard.
