The East Colorado Travel Region includes the counties of Logan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Morgan, Washington, Yuma, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Elbert, Cheyenne, Kiowa, Crowley, Pueblo, Otero, Bent, Prowers, Baca, Las Animas and Huerfano. Highlights of the region include the city of Pueblo and the Comanche National Grassland.
Baca County

Crowley County
Crowley County is one of 19 counties in the East Colorado travel region. Its largest town is Ordway, located near Lake Henry and Lake Meredith.

Kiowa County is one of 19 counties in the East Colorado travel region, located on the Kansas border along SR 96.
Limon, Colorado
Limon began as a work camp in 1888. The town is located on Interstate 70 in Lincoln County. It was named after railroad boss John Limon.

Rocky Ford - Rocky Ford Museum, Colorado
Rocky Ford Museum is housed in the old Carnegie Public Library, built in 1908. Exhibits focus on the archaeology and history of the Rocky Ford Area including the sugar and honey industries. Other highlights of the collection are geology, anthropology, archaeology, and ethnographic studies.

Sterling, Colorado
The town of Sterling is the seat of Logan County in eastern Colorado, with a population of 10,400. It is a trade center for farming areas in northeastern Colorado and Nebraska.
Sterling - Overland Trail Museum
The Overland Trail Museum in Sterling has preserved and restored buildings, including a church, schoolhouse, barn and general store. Recent additions include an old filling station, the Herford Depot, and an old box car.
