Description
Black Point Wildlife Drive is a seven-mile one-way driving loop which is a premier birding spot in Florida. There are numbered stops along the way which are described in a brochure available at the entrance. During the winter months, the northern shoveler, American wigeon, northern pintail, ring-necked and ruddy duck are common. Cruickshank Tower located at Stop 8 offers a view of the surrounding marshes from a 10 foot tower.
