Funasdalen Attractions
From the junction with the road to Särna, Road 84 runs northwest to Funäsdalen (15km/9mi), chief town of the western Härjedal and a popular tourist center. From here a road leads 15km/9mi northwest up the Ljusna valley to the beautifully situated village of Bruksvallarna (alt. 710m/2,330ft).

Tänndalen
13km/8mi west of Funäsdalen, on the Tänndalssjö, is the village of Tänndalen (alt. 725m/2,380ft), to the south of which is the Rödfjäll (1245m/4,085ft), to the north Skarvana (1,254m/4,114ft).
