Description
(Local Name: Museo Archeologico) To the northwest of the Palazzo Tolomei the Museo Archeológico (Archeological Museum) has material ranging in date from the Stone Age to the Fall of the Roman Empire, mostly from the city and surrounding area, with a particular concentration on the Etruscans. The exhibits include marble and terracotta urns, ash-chests, bronzes and an excellent collection of coins.
