Sullom Voe

Sullom Voe is a different world. This deep fjord is the site of Europe's biggest oil terminal. Pipelines from the oil fields end at this harbor (opened in 1981) and the liquid gold flows into countless huge tanks. About 60% of Britain's oil is supplied from here.
