Sfax - Archeological Museum

On the ground floor of the Municipalité in Sfax is the very interesting Archeological Museum. The exhibits include Punic, Roman and Byzantine antiquities and animal, hunting and marine mosaics from Thaenae, Taparura and La Skhira, including "Daniel in the lions' den" (fifth/sixth century) and "Ennius surrounded by the Muses" (third century).
