Chiddingstone

From Sevenoaks or from Tunbridge Wells it is only a few miles to Chiddingstone, a pretty little place with 16th and 17th century houses and the parish church of St Mary, which was rebuilt in the Jacobean style after a fire. The pseudo-medieval Chiddingstone Castle, which dates from the 17th century, contains a variety of collections, including Stuart relics.
