North Cascades National Park - Lake Chelan National Recreation Area

Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is home to one of the deepest lakes in the United States. Lake Chelan measures 1,500 ft / 450 m deep in some areas. The Lake Chelan National Recreation Area actually only takes in the northern end of the lake, which is a popular spot for boating, fishing, and camping.
