Saratoga National Historical Park

Saratoga National Historical Park was the site where American forces defeated the British army and forced them to surrender during Revolutionary War battles. Visitors can drive or bicycle through the scenic 10-mile tour road, hike historic paths, see the film, view the fiber-optic map and the exhibits.

The Saratoga Monument is a 155-foot obelisk that commemorates the American victory.

Also part of Saratoga National Historical Park is Schuyler House, a 1777 country house of American General Philip Schuyler, burned by the retreating British.
