Saratoga National Historical Park

Saratoga National Historical Park preserves and interprets the sitewhere the Battles of Saratoga occurred on September 19 and October 7, 1777. Visitors can drive or bicycle through the scenic 10-mile tour road, hike historic paths, see the film, view the fiber-optic map and the exhibits.

The Saratoga Monument is a 155-foot obelisk that commemorates the American victory.

Also part of Saratoga National Historical Park is Schuyler House, a 1777 country house of American General Philip Schuyler, burned by the retreating British.
