Santa Rosa - Wells Fargo Center for the Arts (formerly Luther Burbank Center for the Arts)

Luther Burbank, one of America's most important agriculturists, was attracted to Santa Rosa from Massachusetts by the favorable climate and fertile soil. He devoted his life to cultivating new varieties of fruit and vegetables. In the Luther Burbank Memorial Gardens you can learn more about the achievements of this man who is buried there under a cedar tree. You can also visit the house where he lived and worked.

Now the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, the complex features auditoriums, and outdoor festival grounds.
