Santa Ana - Heritage Museum of Orange County

The Heritage Museum of Orange County in Santa Ana features several late 19th C building. The centerpiece of the museum is the 1898 Kellogg House. Originally built by Hiram Clay Kellogg, the Kellogg House housed three generations before being donated to the museum. The house is built in the Queen Anne Victorian style, but contains a variety of unique architectural elements derived from Kellogg's personal love of ships.

Kellogg House is also set up for children to explore with interactive activities in almost every room. Some of the activities include dressing up in Victorian costumes, playing with vintage toys, viewing 3-D stereoscope pictures, playing a pump organ, and doing laundry in a washtub on the back porch.
On the grounds of the Heritage Museum of Orange County are nature trails and open areas.
