San Juan's Museo del Indio (Indian Museum) contains a wide range of artefacts related to the indigenous people of Puerto Rico. The Museo del Indio is a good spot for visitors to Puerto Rico to familiarize themselves with the various ancient cultures and traditions prior to heading out of San Juan. Items on display at the Museo del Indio can also be seen at various Indian sites throughout the island.
