San Isidro de El General - FUDEIBOL Reserve

The Foundation for the Development of the Quebradas Biological Reserve (FUDEBIOL) was created in 1989 in order to protect the Upper Quebradas River basin. This area provides San Isidro and the surrounding areas with drinking water.

Run by local and foreign volunteers, the center offers visitors and volunteers the experience of a successful conservation initiative in practice. The scenic area offers views of the El General Valley from hiking trails and a butterfly garden.
