San Francisco - Chinese Cultural Center

The Chinese Cultural Center came into existence when the Holiday Inn Hotel was completed and occupies the second floor of this building.

It is primarily a meeting place for San Francisco's Chinese community and incorporates a 650-seat auditorium in which cultural, political and religious events are held.

The Cultural Center also serves as a museum, displaying Chinese works of art and promoting other aspects of Chinese culture.
