Rastatt Palace
Rastatt Palace is an imposing Baroque building closely modeled on Versailles, with a garden front 230m/250yds long, which incorporates the adjoining town center in its axis of symmetry. The interior decoration was the work of Italian artists. In the sumptuous palace church (by M. L. Rohrer, 1719-23) is the tomb of Margravine Sibylla Augusta (d. 1733).
