Ragusa - Museo Archeologico Ibleo
This museum is housed in the Palazzo Mediterraneo on Via Natalelli in Ragusa; on display are prehistoric, Greek and Roman finds from Ragusa itself and the surrounding countryside, arranged in topographical and chronological order.
Particularly worth seeing are the collection of sixth century B.C. Attic ceramics, a fourth century B.C. Doric caryatid and a floor-mosaic from Santa Croce Camerina. At its lower end the Corso Italia becomes the Corso Mazzini, which winds its way down to the part of the town known as Ragusa Ibla.
