Portland - Chapman Square

The City Hall in Portland is located in a 103 year old building which has received extensive renovations. The historic character has been preserved while modernizing the space.

At the corner of Madison Street and 5th Avenue is the Portland Building, with a glass and concrete facade with features borrowed from historic buildings that make it one of the forerunners of postmodern architecture.
