Ponce - Cathedral Our Lady of Guadalupe 


(Local Name: Catedral Nuestra Señora de la Guadalupe) Catedral Nuestra Señora de la Guadalupe (Cathedral Our Lady of Guadalupe), built in 1931, stands on the site of the original chapel (damaged by fire and earthquake) built by colonists in the 1660s. The Cathedral is painted blue and white and features twin bell towers, stained-glass windows and a pipe organ. It is registered with the National Trust of Historic Sites.
