Description
Adobe de Palomares was built between 1850 to 1854, the 13 room home of Don Ygnacio Palomares and his wife, Dona Concepcion Lopez de Palomares. This Mexican style adobe has been restored to its original appearance except for the section which housed the kitchen, dining room and storeroom.

The rooms and garden of Adobe de Palomares allow visitors to glimpse life over 150 years ago. The furnishings are from the period when the home was built - heirlooms belonging to descendants of the early families.
