Cayo Levisa, off the north coast of western Cuba, is a popular tourist destination with sun seekers. The island is part of the Archipelago de los Colorados and features a beautiful white sand beaches. All types of water sports are available, including windsurfing and sailing. The offshore reef is a great spot for snorkeling or scuba diving. Ferries depart for Cayo Levisa from the mainland at Palma Rubia, and take about fifteen minutes to complete the crossing. There are a variety of accommodation options on the island and it is well set up for travelers. Apart from the beach and ocean there is not a lot to do on Cayo Levisa in terms of sightseeing, it's mostly a relaxation destination.
