Phoenix Theatre

Phoenix Theatre is the oldest continuously operating theatre company west of the Mississippi River. The Phoenix Players began in 1920 at this location which was the stables of the Heard Family. When the family offered a portion of their land to the city of Phoenix, they stipulated that the theatre continue as a resident of the site.
