Independence Seaport Museum pays tribute to the maritime heritage of the Delaware Valley. Located on Philadelphia's historic Penn's Landing, Independence Seaport Museum (ISM) features more than 20 interactive exhibits and audio-visual games, Admiral Dewey's 1898 flagship at the Battle of the Manila Bay, Olympia, and a WWII submarine, the Becuna, a wooden boat shop and changing exhibition galleries, including a single racing shell used for rowing on the Schuylkill River, secrets from sunken ships, and the development of SCUBA (Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) gear.
