Description

The Paley Design Center houses collections of textiles, costumes, accessories and fabric swatches including 4th Century A.D. Coptic fragments, pre-Columbian textiles, handmade laces from the sixteenth to twentieth centuries, as well as Kashmir shawls, quilts, and coverlets.

Four galleries provide space for rotating exhibitions of fine arts and crafts, textiles, a design faculty biennial, and annual graduate exhibitions.
